"Top 100" lists on other websites are an arbitrary list of popular games. The "notable games" listed here are all those non-Sports US releases that have been noted by more than one person for specific gameplay related reasons. As such the list should be viewed as a list of games US game players have recommended for repeatable demonstrable reasons.

The Noted Game option is set to off by default to make it easier to see which games have not been noted. To set the list to only display noted games left click "Yes" and hit apply. To deselect this option hold CTRL and left click "Yes" again and then apply. The Noted option is the only way to eliminate games from other regions for those systems that did not require hardware modification to play them.
